Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 01 April 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by SRP Enterprises (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
SRP Enterprises provides digital, creative, consulting, technical, analytics, automation, compliance, and marketing-related services, including but not limited to SEO, ecommerce solutions, web care, analytics, content, social, design, email marketing, local strategy, consulting, and related business support.
2. Website Information
The content on this website is provided for general information and business communication purposes. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guaranteed business result, legal opinion, tax advice, or regulatory approval.
3. Proposals, Scope, and Acceptance
All paid work is governed by a proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, email confirmation, or other written acceptance between the Company and the client. The applicable commercial document will define deliverables, scope, timelines, fees, milestones, and special conditions.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing may be fixed, milestone-based, monthly, or custom depending on the service. Clients agree to pay all fees as stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may begin only after the required advance or first payment is received.
For India-based PayPal accounts, PayPal is generally relevant to eligible cross-border service payments under PayPal’s India user agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, approvals, information, credentials, feedback, content, legal rights to submitted material, and any other cooperation reasonably required for service delivery. Delays in client response may affect delivery timelines.
6. Revisions and Change Requests
If revisions are included in a service scope, they must be requested within the communicated review period. Requests beyond the agreed scope, repeated redesigns, or major strategic changes may require a revised quote or timeline.
7. Timelines and Delivery
Any timeline shared by us is an estimate unless expressly stated as fixed. Delivery depends on project complexity, client responsiveness, third-party platforms, technical dependencies, and force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how, templates, internal processes, and proprietary methods remain the property of SRP Enterprises. Final deliverables specifically created and fully paid for by the client may be licensed or assigned as described in the applicable proposal or agreement.
9. Acceptable Use
Clients must not require, instruct, or use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or platform-prohibited activities. Any service involving spam, fake reviews, copyright infringement, impersonation, credential abuse, unlawful data collection, or misleading marketing is strictly prohibited.
PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy prohibits unlawful activity, IP infringement, deceptive activity, and certain restricted business categories. Your listed service model is generally a legitimate digital-services model, but all actual use must remain lawful and non-infringing.
10. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue, ad approvals, platform approvals, media coverage, review outcomes, or business performance. Search engines, ad networks, marketplaces, social platforms, email providers, map platforms, and third-party technologies remain outside our control.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment gateways, ad systems, or communication services. Their own terms and policies will also apply where relevant.
12. Confidentiality
We will use reasonable care to protect confidential information shared for service delivery. Clients also agree not to disclose our proprietary methods, internal proposals, pricing structures, or confidential business information without consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRP Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
14. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate service access or engagement if a client breaches these Terms, fails to pay agreed fees, uses our services unlawfully, or creates operational or reputational risk.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Delhi shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related services.
