Refund & Cancellation
Last Updated: 01 April 2026
At SRP Enterprises, we provide professional digital and consulting services that involve planning time, research effort, technical work, creative labor, and resource allocation. Because our services are customized, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the nature of the engagement and the stage of work completed.
1. Before Work Begins
If a client requests cancellation before project work, strategy work, setup work, or scheduled delivery has begun, the client may request cancellation of the order. In such cases, any eligible refund may be processed after deducting non-recoverable charges already incurred, such as payment gateway fees, taxes where applicable, banking charges, consultation time already delivered, or administrative costs.
2. After Work Has Started
Once work has started, including research, planning, auditing, setup, drafting, optimization, design, consulting, campaign preparation, or technical implementation, fees paid for completed work, reserved time, and consumed resources are generally non-refundable.
3. Monthly or Retainer Services
For recurring services such as SEO, web care, analytics support, content retainers, automation management, or strategy retainers, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle or renewal date. Work already completed or scheduled for the active billing period is non-refundable.
4. Project Milestones
For milestone-based projects, each completed milestone is treated as earned once the corresponding work has been substantially delivered, shared for review, or approved. Amounts paid for completed milestones are non-refundable.
5. Delays Caused by Client
If a project is delayed due to lack of client response, missing content, withheld approvals, or failure to provide required access, the project may be paused or rescheduled. Such delays do not automatically create refund eligibility.
6. Service Dissatisfaction
If a client is dissatisfied, we encourage them to contact us first so we can review the issue and, where reasonable, offer clarification, corrections, or scope-aligned revisions. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable law or through the dispute procedures of an authorized payment provider.
7. Approved Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment source where reasonably possible, subject to payment processor rules, banking timelines, and applicable law. If payment was made through PayPal and the refund is approved within PayPal’s permitted refund window, the refund may be initiated through PayPal to the original payment method.
PayPal’s help guidance says merchants can send a full or partial refund within 180 days of the payment date, and once sent, the refund cannot be canceled.
8. Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise required by law, the following are generally non-refundable once delivered, initiated, or consumed:
- consultation sessions already conducted
- strategy documents, audits, research reports, or roadmaps already shared
- approved design or content work already completed
- technical setup, implementation, or integration work already performed
- third-party software, tool, ad spend, media spend, domain, hosting, plugin, or subscription costs
- reserved production or team allocation time already consumed
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree to contact SRP Enterprises first to seek resolution before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal. This clause does not restrict any legal or platform-based rights a client may have.
10. How to Request Cancellation or Refund Review
To request a cancellation or refund review, contact us with your full name, company name, invoice/order reference, payment date, and reason for request.
